These are the Terms and Conditions, about the holiday package.
The following additional provisions to the booking terms and conditions and the conditions of carriage shall apply to your package travel contract to incorporate the extraordinary health and safety measures implemented by the company to protect passengers from risk of Covid-19 infection. They apply to all bookings related to cruises sailing from 1st august 2020 and/or any later date until further notice. All other provisions of the booking terms and conditions and the conditions of carriage continue to apply and remain unaltered. We are working with health authorities on regular basis and inform to keep you up to date about any change to these requirements.
STRESS FREE BOOKING
Book a cruise until August 31st, 2022 and change plans up to 15 days before cruise departure!
We understand that there continues to be a high level of uncertainty surrounding any holiday plans due to the developing situation around COVID-19. In order to provide our existing and new guests with additional support regarding your travel arrangements we have updated our Stress Free Booking policy which applies to all existing and new bookings made until August 31st 2022 and departing through March 31st 2023.
All bookings made by August 31st, 2022 will be eligible for our Stress Free Booking policy, with the new terms valid for all sailings taking place within 31st March, 2023
Change date free of charge up to 15 days before departure for cruise only and up to 21 days before departure for fly & cruise.
One free name change possible until 15 days before departure (21 days Fly & Cruise Bookings)
Your new cruise can be up to the value of your current cruise, however if the new cruise is of higher value you will be required to pay the difference.
In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policy will apply. Free Cruise move from a World Cruise to World Cruise only. Free name change valid also for World Cruise

Guests with bookings that have not met any of the requirements of the MSC Health and Safety Protocol (e.g missing vaccination) and therefore are prevented from boarding are asked to send a written communication to MSC Cruises not later than 15 days before the scheduled departure of their cruise, or 21 days for a fly & cruise, in order to request their voucher or reschedule their cruise according to the MSC Flexible Booking Programme.

The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. MSC Cruises S.A. (“MSC”) will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole. Additionally, as required by law, MSC has protection in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that it becomes insolvent.
