With Total CruiseFlex, your clients have the flexibility they need to feel confident in booking with MSC. 

What is Total CruiseFlex?
If your booking date and cruise date matches the above information, MSC Cruises USA allows your client to cancel up to 48 hours prior to departure by 5pm EST and move to a future cruise.

How do my clients participate in Total CruiseFlex? You must be able to answer yes to the following questions:
Was your client's cruise booked between August 5 - December 31, 2020?
Is your client sailing on any cruise departing between December 1, 2020 - December 31, 2021 excluding World Cruises & World Cruise segments?

If you answered yes to the questions above, your client is eligible for Total CruiseFlex! You MUST call our Contact Center and advise them your client would like to take advantage of Total CruiseFlex (must call 48 hours prior to your cruise by 5pm EST). Our Contact Center will work with you to move your client to a future cruise of your client's choice (any ship, any sailing prior to December 31, 2021).


What is Total CruiseFlex?
Total CruiseFlex is our new flexible cancellation policy effective August 5, 2020, allowing guests to cancel their cruise up to 48 hours prior to their cruise departure and move their booking to a new cruise date and/or new ship of their choice within the allotted timeframe.

Which sailing dates are included in Total CruiseFlex?
If your client's cruise was booked between August 5 - December 31, 2020 AND cruise departs between December 1, 2020 - December 31, 2021, you client qualifies for Total CruiseFlex (excludes World Cruises & World Cruise segments).

NOTE: All guests participating in Total CruiseFlex must cruise on or before December 31, 2021.

How do I participate in Total CruiseFlex?
In order to participate in Total CruiseFlex, you will need to call our Contact Center at least 48 hours prior to your client's cruise departure. Let our Contact Center know you would like Total CruiseFlex and you wish to move the cruise to another date and/or ship. Your client's new cruise booking must sail on or before December 31, 2021. You may choose any ship/sail date.

What if I move my cruise to a new date and the new cruise is less expensive?
Once the money is transferred from the original booking to the new booking, any additional money left will be used towards a stateroom upgrade and cannot be refunded.

When is the latest I can cancel my client's cruise in order to participate in Total CruiseFlex?
