We pride ourselves on offering our guests the best possible cruising experience and we realize that recent events may require them to change their plans. 

We understand it also has an impact on your business and we want to make sure you're given the best chance to secure the bookings you've already done. That’s why we want to keep their holiday dreams a reality by making your bookings as flexible as possible: 

o Cruises can be rescheduled with no additional costs up to 48-hours prior to original cruise departure in case of a Cruise only or 96-hours prior to the flight departure in case of a Fly&Cruise package 

Please note: 

• the new cruise can be moved to all cruises or ships. 

• the new cruise departure date must be through to 31 December 2021 

• the new cruise can be up to the value of the current cruise, however if the new cruise is of higher value the clients will be required to pay the difference

• in case of cancellation, the fees apply on the new departure date
