To enable us to provide your Guests with a service that is tailored to their particular requirements, we kindly ask your Guests to read this form, carefully and duly complete it, and email it to us at the time of booking. This will allow us to prearrange your Guests' arrival on board so that your Guests' accommodation is as comfortable as possible, and to inform them about life on board the chosen vessel and any potential difficulties they may encounter.
